The person that was delivering was not walking! Uber gives the option to deliver without a car(if you don't have car insurance or a car registered in your name, you can opt for walking or bicycle) the person delivering may have been using someone else car or no insurance (this is the work around). Those concerned yt ppl just probably messed up the work around hustle that the ratchets were using.
