Andrea Gravette No judgement from me. I'm all for anyone taking steps to address their concerns and imrpove their well-being. I've been in therapy...a few times and I'm all the better. I'll be glad to contribute to the discussion and how I applied those principles to my life.

That's a great choice. I read that book in the earlier part of my professional career (It was awhile ago). I found those principles to be relevant to both professional and personal aspects of my life.
