Yall got this!!! Smoothies ( mixed berries & organic greens with water) if you get hungry. They hydrate you fast and curb hunger,,, or do some lemon water… I’m still fasting… just finished my workout…. I will breakfast at 1pm today because I have a late working night today. We doing 3 shows, One on each channel…. Plus here… let’s go!!
