First of all I want to say thank you to Tasha for putting this together. This forced me to stay the course of the regimen I had in place and put me closer to my goal weight of 170lbs. I love how I feel and look. My husband was resistant due to my digestive issues, but he is just as excited 😆 of the results. Thank you Chelsea for the well put together planner. Thank you to all of you for the wonderful recipes, testimonies and support. I will continue another 14 days supporting my sister.

I’m so tickled at Peaches Royale. I started making my cabbage so it would be ready to just warm in the skillet, then did a little tasting and spit quick after realizing my fast was not over.

I broke my 20 hr fast at 1pm with a protein packed vegan patty….it had black beans, brown rice, shredded carrots, green onions seasoned with garlic, Mrs dash original seasoning cooked in coconut oil. Sautéed cabbage, sweet potato slices and a bowl of cherries. I at the rest at 3:30. Don’t have much of an appetite with this cold. I did walk the treadmill for 30 minutes.

Broke my fast today at 11am with sautéed mushrooms, red onions, green beans and cabbage, seasoned with garlic and mrs dash. Baked potato. Still going to push through but the bug got me. It’s the nagging cough 😷

I juiced leftover celery, cucumber, green apples and kiwi (didn’t eat them fast enough). It was refreshing for my morning juice.
