Rape is about power, not access. Rape is about mental illness, not access. Money does not determine whether her story is true. It’s either true or not. We have come a long way in 2024 with understanding the psyche of abusers and abuse of all kinds. It’s jarring to hear someone say a rich man doesn’t have to rape because he is rich. It doesn’t make sense. I don’t know if she’s telling the truth or not but we have got to stop acting like money equals integrity or morality. Children who are assaulted/abused are counting on us to be more adept at our perception of the world around us. Anyone can do anything. Money and status does not equal morality!!!!!!!!

Per Martel, Mel got pregnant “while him and Arionne were off and on”….”I wanted my marriage to work”… let’s me know he was not being straight forward with his wife and he was communicating to Melody that Arionne was not the priority and his family with her was! Additionally I’m sure Mel wanted her marriage and got pregnant because she believed her husband. Women usually give their marriage a haaaaarrrrdddd try before giving up! A person who has an 800 body count is not nice to themselves or their 800 partners. Then when I see statements from women like “he just needs a good woman to depend on again”… I’m sure there were some in that 800 count. 2 things can be true at the same time so a high as hell body count does not equal abuser, but it is a definite predictor/indicator for problematic behavior. That is without question.
