Chef Pi is not willing to accept the  "L" and move on to something else. She's giving me all or nothing along w/ a dose of mental stress. Bottomline, her kids are hungry and are not in a stable situation. Her response also leads to believe that's how she conducted herself in the board room.  Where are her "D" list clients? She's closed off to ANY alternatives. She took the advance, didn't read the contract and thought they were going to pay for a Hollywood lifestyle after she blew the $100k. There are venture capitalists looking to fund women of color businesses.
