1ST MOVIE NIGHT - YASSSSS

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY Tasha and Kebe Studios Team!

What a pleasant surprise to see the first movie offering today! Such a wonderful Valentine's Day present for us. I am so excited for all of us as you take us on the ride of the Kebe Studio expansions! It's way beyond time for us to support and elevate each other. We have many skills and abilities and so much knowledge to offer each other; hopefully, the TKLive platform can be a space to help provide workshops and educational opportunities to build our community as WINO's, wishers and waymakers!

Back to the movie. Will we have a scheduled time to discuss the movie this week or over the weekend? I'm loving the addition and the ability to chat with everyone else who supports you and each other.

Checking In - Fasting

Hi Winos! I haven't been sharing pics but I've been here with y'all. Thanks to everyone sharing recipes and pictures. I've been fasting since Jan. 8 when my church started the Daniel fast so it's day 20 for me.

I've lost 21 lbs so far, my blood pressure is actually low and my enery has increased. I had to stop taking my blood pressure meds because my pressure dropped to 104/70. For me that was too low and I was lightheaded for a day. Watch you pressure because eating correctly will lower it for sure.

This platform has been a great source of support and encouragement and I had to say Thank You to everyone! Let's keep y'all pushing, we got this!
