How many emails have you received from city winery? Just asking because for me… the first email was the confirmation and the second one was had my tickets which were about a minute or 2 apart

You should have received two emails from City Winery. The first email was the confirmation and the second email was for your tickets but you have to tap where it says your tickets then it will appear. Hope this helps
