I promise you I havenโ€™t - I eat fairly healthy but nothing like this where I have to exclude sugar, salt and meat. My meals look like this but itโ€™s meat, sugar and salt and all that other unhealthiness, but my family drink green smoothies, salads, fruit on the daily
