Hey Winos,
I just received an email from Chelsea Business email (Passions to Profits) sharing all the products she offers and I wanted to know if anyone else received this?
I can only assume she has all of our email addresses from this app in order to send me this info 🤔. The Nerve of her! Does she not know that we ride with Tasha and how dare you send me an email and you’re no longer an employee of Kebe businesses.

At 9pm I had a green smoothie only and that was enough for me but to celebrate my hubby made a healthier version of a apple cinnamon bread & blackbean brownie

I tasted both and they’re so good. The brownie is like a dark fudge brownie that melts in your mouth and the apple cinnamon is just heavenly.

24 hrs fast started at 9pm. Tomorrow at 9pm I’m going to sound the alarm 🚨 as the 14 day detox will be over.

But wait a minute…I’m going to keep going until Day 21 with the detox (no fasting) just the diet plan as studies say after 21 days of doing something - it becomes a habit and I’m looking for a lifestyle change.

I will then incorporate intermittent fasting.

We at the finish line - not giving up now.

My 23 hrs fast is done (Praise God) and this strawberry salad w/ mixed lettuce, cabbage, carrots, apples, cucumbers, dry nuts & fruit w/ no salt no sugar vinaigrette dressing has been demolished at 8:05pm

The dressing & beet juice was purchased at a vegan restaurant earlier today. I don’t like beets but this beet juice was blended with apples, carrots & pineapples and is so good.

The salad was all me!

10.5 more hrs to go of my fast but I stay hydrated and talk back to my stomach when it’s growling and say “Shut Up Devil - Shut TF up” we got a few more hours to go ✌🏾🤣

My hubby made him and I this delicious broccoli cheddar soup 🍲

His recipe: Broccoli florets, garlic cloves, crushed cashews, 1 onion, homemade almond milk, homemade vegetable broth, coconut water, no salt ground mustard, oat flour, no salt ground nutmeg, nutritional yeast, no salt paprika, turmeric, crushed red pepper & olive oil.

I’m back on my 20 hrs fast as of 9pm. Will post foods tomorrow! Good night - I’m super proud of everyone. We are Bad Asses.

Plain water is not giving what it’s supposed to give during this 20 hrs so my water intake will be:

Plain water of course

Water w/ Lemon

Water w/ Lemon & mint leaves

Water w/ cucumbers (for the taste) I’m not eating the cucumbers

I got 6 more hours to go - do what you have to do to stay in it 💪🏾

I would love to post multiple pics but they never attach with my instructions.

So I have leftover Squash with Spinach pesto topped with cucumbers, carrots, cabbage & tomatoes w/ crushed almonds garnished around it.

Pesto: blended spinach, almonds, leftover spicy salsa, olive oil, squeezed lemon juice, lil water, garlic, red pepper flakes, dry seasoning (basil, oregano, Italian) & black pepper.

Mixed the squash & sauce in a pan until hot & serve.

Blended almonds as a garnish (in my head it’s parmesan cheese)

I think I’m becoming a detox chef 👨🏾‍🍳
