Brown rice with all of this on top that I sautรฉed below in avocado oil:
Green pepper, yellow pepper, orange pepper, red pepper, ginger, cabbage, kale, spinach, chopped mushrooms (which I never eat), broccoli, carrots and cauliflower with dry seasoning (turmeric, black pepper, basil, oregano, parsley & thyme) and drizzled lemon.
I use what I have in the house and/or get whatโs missing but I keep it simple and it was Banginโ Banginโ
Next time Iโll throw in fresh pineapples and plantains on the side ๐

Detoxing is not easy and life is not easy but sacrificing and better choices makes our entire life easy.
We sacrifice everyday with our decisions whether youโre a parent, working, running a business, money management and just everyday life - we are constantly making a choice to do something or not!
So I want to encourage all of us to appreciate this 14 day sacrificial detox as it will change your life for the better!
We got this winos and now detoxers - Iโm in the fight with you because Iโm screaming, punching, cursing and have the loooonnnngggg resting bitch face too but all of this will subside and we will be smiling and high-fiving each other very soon.
From one wino to another - I love you and we are stronger together.

My kids had pizza which is why I got an attitude. ๐
So this delicious salad has: romaine lettuce & spinach, grapes, blueberries, 1/2 an apple, carrots, no salt trail mix (pineapple, banana chips, coconut flakes, walnut, cashew & papaya) with flax & chia seeds sprinkled w/ homemade dressing.
Dressing: whole apple peeled & chopped, ginger, lemon squeezed, frozen mixed fruit, dash seasoning and avocado oil

My husband preps this for us twice a week. After my run I had pineapple and apple.
Left to right:

I make this for my family and we take it daily:
Boil ginger, turmeric, lemon, lime, cinnamon & black pepper and strain into mason jars.

Detox rising Winos โ๏ธ
First, I weighed myself, journaled, started the coffee and meditated until it was done! I usually drink my coffee in a black mug but I need to psyche myself and be honest and so I need to see the black coffee, which is why it's in a glass cup with a bottle water. I sip and drink water so I can snap out the thought of it being unsweet. We got this.. we are stronger than we know ๐ช๐พ
