It was hard for me to have the energy to put into my workout the first day I ate one meal in my window but today I will see. I just got to bed early read and meditate. I stop my water one hour before I get in bed so I don’t have to get up so often 😂. We got this

I started the fast off wrong on sat by eating one meal in my window to eat but I learn my lesson and I eat during my window so that it carryover. My pants and stuff are loose.

Well at least you were honest! You got this! You might need to take a 14 day cleanse on being out socially. Use that time for the gym!
