Aye Tasha!!! Where is that diet plan we did last year.😭

This has been more of a tolerance thing for me. I wanted to make sure that food did not control me. I have a job where I sit in the office all day and as soon as they p*** me off I'll go get a Twix or an extra kit Kat something sweet crumble cookie to satisfy me. Needless to say doing so I gained 30 pounds. I wanted to do this to prove to myself that is more of a Tolerance thing and a mind thing. I'm so grateful and thankful and even though I have 4 hours to go I can go ahead and thank the creator and Tasha K for creating the journey for us all thank you finish strong.🙌🏾🤎💪🏾
