Today was a tough day. I did some reflection to really ask myself “why” and to be quite honest the only thing that I could come up with was the fact that I know I can’t eat what I want which is making me anxious and a little depressed. However, with the support of the winos and of course Tasha I pressed on it and did not give up. It didn’t make my mood better, but in knowing that I have a support system that is cheering me on , and the fact that I hear Tasha in my ear saying you’re not doing it for me you doing it for you is what’s making me PUSH.

What’s important to note is that each day is a different experience. So I know that tomorrow will bring its own and it be a great day. When I sleep my body resets so know that I kicked today in the ASS I will feel that more motivated and excited. 💕
