Cerese Williams naw sis I’m with you. I have tried to fast MANY times and it’s not for every body. I have a fast metabolism. I wake up in the middle of the night to go eat. I have beat myself about fasting thinking it was my will power that was weak. I would get dizzy and faint! So if you don’t have any underlying medical conditions I recommend not intense exercising during your fast, and move like a sloth. Me personally, I have just decided to fast things that I have attachments to that aren’t aggressive to my body. OR if the fast allows for liquids, put EVERYTHING in the blender 🤣 all the best Wino!!!
