After reading the 35 page petition (just skip the pages about jurisdiction venue and the summary at the end) even IF it ain’t all true. Any one of those allegations alone is utterly HEARTBREAKING. There’s not one fact alleged that is not heartbreaking.

Who cares if she did it for the money. Let’s say someone was raped. Ain’t really care too much about being raped BUT fell on hard times financially was within the statute of limitations and decided to sue. A crime is a fucking crime. Saying she filed a claim for money is IDIOTIC because there’s not much more you can get from a lawsuit. Find me a law that discourages ppl from filing lawsuits for money.
