GIRLLLLLL DON'T WAIT unless you just want to procrastinate... Otherwise, you can start right back off today! I fell off on the first day by mistake talking and laughing so much and them darn warm Cheddar Bay Biscuits were brought to the table and...sigh...smh...BUT all was not lost. I didn't touch anything else. I tried to remain conscious of my actions and didn't let anything else throw me off. I remained drinking nothing but water for the rest of the day. Monday is a long time away, sis...you don't wanna end up possibly not picking back up on the challenge anytime soon.Sidenote...sorry to hear about what was going on...praying for solutions, peace, and love!...and like you said...now you know what your triggers are! And if you still decide you wanna wait until Monday...I look forward to your post about being back on the saddle again!!! HUGS!
