Also, the mom, of Anaya Blanchard, who was actually kidnapped and murdered, took the time to come and organize a search for Carlee. She truly believed Carlee was kidnapped when in the end, it was a hoax. Naw, she needs jail time.
She needs to get jail time. Some people use mentally illness as an excuse to get out of being held accountable for wrongdoings. There are truly mentally ill individuals. Carlee seemed to possess clear faculties when she chose to have her lawyer read an apology letter on her behalf
Tasha I hope that you appeal that judgment or still have time to appeal so that it can be reversed do to ineffective counsel. Even the judge admonished your attorneys.
