This!

I’m not sure if I missed it, but I don’t think Karen Huger was discussed and her name is in the title. 🤔 But anyway, I appreciate the wine spilt in this video. Keep’em coming Nylah. 💙

Yay! 💜✨💜✨💜✨

#1 — I was hoping you would pick up this story. I’m glad you did! #2 — Any time Kita Rose was on my feed, I always stopped and listened, but when she was on that podcast I never cared for that content when it came onto my feed. I always scrolled passed it, and that’s because the few clips I did give attention to felt gimmicky and forced; it just didn’t seem genuine. The conversations seemed like they were designed as clickbait. To me, KR watered down her personal brand being a part of it; however, she is still winning because in life there’s only learning and winning, there’s no losing. I hope she comes out bigger and better, and I’m pretty sure she will. Although, I enjoyed her solo content, I never followed her, but she has a new follower now. As someone who has experienced and survived narcissistic abuse from a former employer, I can relate to her experience and how she feels. I had to seek therapy because I had PTSD. It’s been five years since and life is great! Lastly, I hope she seeks therapy because something that I’ve learned (as someone with experience of narcissistic abuse from multiple people, including family is once someone has experienced abuse, it’s more likely that they will experience it again. It’s almost like you’re wired to do so. That’s why she had breakfast with that Dear Wifey dude. She’ll have to stay vigilant. Although I’m good, I still see my therapist because narcissists are everywhere, and we all need an accountability partner to stay leveled up. 💜✨
