Delicious 😋 I’ve yet to cook my oatmeal since this detox- saving that meal for Sat morning to break the fast🥰

My Breakfast situation:

1c spinach

1/4 c oats

1 scoop chia seeds

1/2 frozen banana

1 c pineapple

1 cup (homemade no sugar,sweetener of any kind added, no salt added oat milk )

*Add ice if not using frozen fruit
