The detox is over but don’t forget to stay hydrated and try to stay on track. I had a glass of wine last night and now i regret it. It is not settling well with me this morning. And it was a vegan organic wine.

We aren’t crying! Tell your husband it’s just bad allergies during the winter. 😂 But you all have truly become a sisterhood. We have to figure out the next journey to take together along with those like your husband and my friends who joined the journey because they love and support us. Tell him i said thank you for getting in there with you.

Whoop whoop!!! Yes we did it!!!👏👏👏👏. I actually went out with a friend to Longhorn steakhouse and he had the nerve to say what does these three little hours matter. I said Devil rebuke you. I had a great time and sipped on some black tea!
