Yeah, I'm going through it as we speak my stomach feels like it's in my back I'm so hungry. I was feeling lightheaded this morning and it's so cold in Florida that it's not even funny. I didn't want to break my fast with my cold smoothie so I had Ginger tea and a lil leftover oatmeal I added strawberries to. Also had some nuts, my fast started at 2 pm so at about 1:45 I was rushing to eat my smoothie finished it and had no time for my salad.
