I cup greens ( I used a mix of spinach, red &green Swiss chard, arugula, tatsoi)

1 1/4 cup of unsweetened homemade oat milk

1/2 cup blueberries

1 banana

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

Blend for two minutes -Creamy and delicious!

Sis! I feel you. I’m on strike for two weeks. I’m not cooking for them- the next two weeks is what we call, “catch what you can get”!

I had a smoothie that wasn’t t enjoyable (greens, strawberries &water -didn’t use banana because I already had some earlier) and I wondered about using dates , but I didn’t use them because of the high sugar - I was praying I could use them though 🤣🤣

Question: Are dates (dried) allowed?

Update- all is going well, I be so excited to eat my veggies and fruit. I’ve had to resist the urge of other foods because having a family eating outside of the detox is a challenge. (But I’ve consistently denied myself) Been having mild headaches but nothing I can’t get through. Have been experiencing a bit of fatigue ( but nothing I can push through with exercise) And finally that scale is moving from 214 to 205 is nothing short of amazing!!!

That’s great! I didn’t want to be stalking the scale either but I had to get on this morning and I’m surprised by the results!
All I can say is wow! Great interview Tasha!
