People are so critical of this young woman. She's only 24 seriously she's a child as well. She can't come to terms with what happened to her or explain the story for others to get it. God bless her and I hope she finds healing. You were awesome Tasha!

Yes, I'm with you too..I'm cleaning my closet which is much needed. I like you can't give up meat completely yet but I have given up red meat sometime ago. Turkey fish and chicken will be my core meat. I love your every 3 months idea I may do that myself.

Yes, I want to keep going a little farther as well. I'm feeling amazing and I'm gonna in corporate intermittent fasting as well Mrs Everything. As this went on it got easier to do! I love us wings! Lol
