My dinner was roasted cabbage with garlic and red pepper flakes. The Wino detox community is the best! Everyone is so supportive, encouraging sharing recipes and introducing different food ideas. We are at the end guys. We all got this and we are loving our results. Let go!!!!

Yes, I want to keep going a little farther as well. I'm feeling amazing and I'm gonna in corporate intermittent fasting as well Mrs Everything. As this went on it got easier to do! I love us wings! Lol

Dinner tonight is roasted vegetables( sweet potato,cauliflower, broccoli, brussel sprouts,carrots and red onions with avocado

I'm feeling sooo good. I'm sleeping better. I don't wake up tired!

  • I broke my fast today with a lentil and vegetable soup and now for dinner I'm having sweet potato fries and 2 black bean veggie burgers with onion and avocado on a romaine lettuce bun.
