Made you look 😂 - This challenged me 🥴 and I next time I’ll add crushed peanuts or black beans to get the thickness right.
This is a double chickpea sandwich with lettuce, onions & tomatoes in between.
Instructions: 1 can of chickpeas drained and rinsed, cut up some red onions & garlic in the food processor to blend. Once blended I added oatmeal flour (1/2 cup of oats and blend them until they look like bread crumbs/flour.
Season it with onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning
Then mix that in with a little water and blend.
Add a handful of spinach and blend. Scoop it out and let it chill/rest in the fridge only if the consistency is right.
Cut up my sweet potatoes & mixed it with cinnamon and olive oil and out that in the air fryer
Take the chickpeas out the fridge and make patties on parchment paper. I cooked them in olive oil first and then put them in the air fryer until it was no longer gushy in the middle.
I was flip to make homemade ketchup but I’m tired. I’ll do that another day.

I’m 43, will celebrate 16 yrs of marriage soon, 3 kids (13, 11 & 10) and work a full time job plus so much more. I’m no different than any other extraordinary women & man on this platform but what’s important to me is filling up my cup first so I can pour into my husband, kids, work, etc.
I make tons of mistakes but because I constantly “ground” myself through meditation, prayer, stillness & laughter - I give myself GRACE everyday because I did the best that I could do on this day only.
My heartfelt advice to all on this detox/platform is be “gentle” with yourself and give yourself Grace because you’re doing an amazing job and no one can ever be YOU.
And the great thing is - we can always start over today, tomorrow and forever as long as we’re living. This detox is not only for 14 days, this is hopefully a forever change!
I’m cheering you guys on just as much as I cheer myself on because “we are stronger than we know”.
I’ve exercised and have to prepare multiple meals as well for my family, but we do what we have to do and keep moving forward!
I’ll see y’all in the chat with all the delicious foods and major progress updates! 😘
